Rule of law or rule of bias in America?

New York Times columnist David French had some alarming things to say about Monday’s Supreme Court decision to keep Donald Trump on Colorado’s ballot. “As of Monday, March 4, 2024, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has effectively become a dead giveaway.”
he wrote. “The Supreme Court has effectively replaced the extremely high bar for insurrectionists to hold federal office (a supermajority vote of Congress) with the lowest possible bar of Congressional inaction.”

Note that there is a blatant double standard assumption in these arguments that President Trump is guilty of sedition, even though he has not yet been convicted.
anything. What about all the people who were supporting and encouraging people to burn down our cities in 2020 and let the mob get away with impunity? When our Vice President was a U.S. senator from California, he raised funds to ensure bail was available for those involved in acts of violence that wreaked havoc on our cities. Ta. Does it appear to be aiding and abetting confusion?

Logically, you can’t “defend democracy” if you’re trying to exclude your competitors from the ballot.

Remember the riots in Portland? Were those in our government guilty of aiding and abetting who supported and tolerated the FBI being locked up in their own building by rioters trying to burn down the federal courthouse? What about Soros’ district attorneys and attorneys general who chose who to prosecute based on left-wing political agendas? What is happening now with the NGOs that have aided and abetted those involved in the southern border crisis?
northern invasion American?

How about all the people who subverted the Bill of Rights create public-private partnerships with mainstream media and social media to subvert the voice of the American people?

Or what about those recently elected to public office who are actively using our intelligence agencies to spy on Americans in violation of the Constitution? is there a problem? Or is Donald Trump our only problem?

unconstitutional tit-for-tat

Here’s what anti-Trumpers won’t accept about this week’s Supreme Court decision: If a state court, whether in Colorado or Maine, can declare a candidate an enemy of the Constitution, what’s to stop Texas from doing so? Same thing for Joe Biden? there is nothing. There will be nothing.

Congress is deeply flawed, but at least it is a collection of state representatives. All 50 states are represented. While many members themselves may be considered enemies of the Constitution, few seem to respect it or really understand it, although Congress does at least represent every state. It is a national organization consisting of Texas shouldn’t be the only state allowed to remove Mr. Biden from the ballot, and Colorado and other states shouldn’t be allowed to remove Mr. Trump from the ballot.

If you want to play the unconstitutional game, that’s fine. But then Texas and other countries would have to fight you only as a defense, not as a valid constitutional principle.

For those who voted differently than me, let me think this through. Will playing this game help our Constitution? Will it support our Republic? Will it produce more stable states and a more complete union? Will it promote domestic calm or domestic turmoil?

You could also appeal to the fact that we are a democracy and each state should decide for itself what constitutes “insurrection.” But we are not. Democracy means one person, one vote. There is more to our political system than that.we
democratic republic. The first part of that definition is something like what we just saw on Super Tuesday happens. We all go vote. One person, one vote. Let the people choose their preferred representative. And the “republic” part of that definition kicks in when elected officials represent voters at the federal level.

The logic is that you can’t protect democracy by trying to exclude your competitors from the ballot. Believe in the will of the people. And if Trump is as bad as you say, show us the evidence. The evidence never comes out. When he was first impeached, I gave very clear instructions to my research staff. Follow the truth wherever it leads. If he did something wrong, he will expose it and we will demand justice. If not, take the lead and demand justice. Any honest person who votes differently than me must admit that the Department of Justice has been perverted. Equal justice no longer exists.

The best man who can work hard is

This is the real key to understanding all the things that the left and the mainstream media have treated us as unimportant. Equality is key. Equality —
not capital. If you overlook the facts and choose to selectively form your own opinions based on someone’s opinion, race, gender, sexual orientation, you are not trying to serve social justice, you are serving social justice. I’m trying to serve. equal justice. This social justice uses injustice to fight so-called injustice. Only equal justice can repair what true injustice has destroyed.

equal justice. blind justice. It is the best a human being can strive for.

But instead of improving our efforts, we keep setting the bar low and stepping over it. Rather, the standards should be raised and no one on either side should ever slip below them. Will we work together for equal justice so Hunter Biden can get a fair trial in the reddest states and Trump can get a fair trial in the bluest states? Until we restore truth and equal justice, we will only continue to foster chaos within our country.
