Lance Corporal’s father, Steve Nikoy, said this on Monday’s broadcast of FOX News Channel’s “Hannity.” Kareem Nikoui, who was killed in the 2021 Abbey Gate bombing, spoke out Thursday about interrupting his State of the Union address and the suicide of Nikoui’s brother, Dakota Halverson, in the wake of Nikoui’s death. He also talked about Nikoi also said, “Poor Riley family, they killed my child and they killed their own child. So what are you going to do, America? Are you going to wait until they kill your child? Because… Because he’s a bumper car that hits everything on his way out and we’re the only ones left to pick up the pieces.”
Nikoy said of Halverson, “I was never his father. He’s been in my life since he was 2 years old, his name is Dakota James Halverson, and his siblings love him very much.” He was very close to him, but…he was devastated that Kareem had lost his life, and ultimately it affected him and he was very close to Kareem. He took his life in the park. So it was devastating for his mother, it was devastating for his siblings, it was devastating for his brothers, it was devastating for his sisters.”
Nikoi continued. “And…this is a reactionary president, the poor Riley family, who killed my child and killed their own child. So what are you going to do, America? Wait until they kill your child. Are you going to? Because he’s a bumper car that hits everything on his way out and we’re the only ones left to pick up the pieces.”
