Adam Schiff Attacks Special Counsel Robert Hur, Alleges Anti-Biden Bias

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) attacked special counsel Robert Hur during testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, insinuating that he has a poor memory and suggesting that he is politically motivated against President Joe Biden. He hinted at something.

As reported by Breitbart News, Fuhr has compiled evidence showing that Biden knowingly and illegally retained classified documents after leaving the Senate and as vice president. But he explained that the Justice Department would not prosecute Biden even if such a prosecution were constitutionally possible. The reason for this, he explained, is that a jury at trial could see Mr. Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly person with a poor memory,” making it difficult to prosecute. .

Democrats are outraged by this characterization of the president and continue to object, even though it was a key reason for Ho’s recommendation not to prosecute Biden for obvious crimes.

Mr. Xu revealed during the hearing that the White House had actually asked him to remove some of his statements from his report, something Democrats had sought to deny.

At the hearing, most Democrats cited Huh’s report favorably and treated him with respect, emphasizing the decision not to prosecute (despite Republicans emphasizing the details of the evidence). did.

But Schiff wasn’t satisfied with that.

Instead, Mr. Schiff attacked Mr. Hsu, saying he “had to know” that his comments about Biden would be made public and hurt the president politically.

Mr. Xu countered that he did not know which parts of the report would be made public and that he had an obligation to explain to the attorney general the reasons for his conclusions.

Schiff offered no evidence that Herr was politically motivated.

After Schiff’s line of questioning ended without giving Herr a chance to respond, the committee chairman, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), offered Herr the opportunity.

Mr. Hur told Mr. Schiff, “Congressman, what you are suggesting is that I will shape, organize, and omit some of my reasoning when briefing the attorney general for political reasons.” ” he said.

Mr. Schiff interjected, wagging his finger and rolling his eyes. “No, it’s best not to create a report for political reasons. That’s what you did.”

Mr Hoa replied: “That didn’t happen, Congressman. That didn’t happen.”

Schiff is currently the front-runner for California’s U.S. Senate seat in the November general election. He will face Republican Steve Garvey, a former Los Angeles Dodgers baseball player.

Mr. Herr personally testified that he is a Republican, but said that does not prevent him from handling the investigation fairly.
