A transcript of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Bob Hur showed the president frequently going off topic and even making “car noises.”
The recording, obtained by Breitbart News ahead of Mr. Xu’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, shows prosecutors asking Mr. Biden about his Corvette and secret documents to make room for the car in his garage. Mr. Biden then began talking about cars in general, but Mr. Xu interrupted, saying, “Sir, I would love to hear more about this, but I have a few more questions.”
Mr. Biden ignored him and continued talking about cars, until Mr. Xu finally said: So let’s move on to the next topic related to the Penn Biden Center. ”
Other parts of the recording show that Mr. Hsu asked Mr. Biden about his time as vice president and lived at the Naval Observatory, and that Mr. Biden eventually discussed a man who lost his testicles and part of his penis. There is.
