Trump’s New York Hush Money Trial Delayed By Judge

The judge in former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial in Manhattan ordered Friday that the trial be postponed for at least three weeks.

The lawsuit stems from an alleged $130,000 payment that Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen sent to Daniels to keep him from disclosing her previous relationship with the former president.

Trump is also embroiled in a separate case in Georgia, having been indicted in August on charges that he and other co-defendants tried to overturn that state’s 2020 election. Six charges in the case were dismissed Wednesday after a judge ruled there was insufficient information to sensibly pursue them.
