The other three escaped by jumping out of a window.

The alleged motive stems from an item allegedly stolen from another alleged killer, Kevin Bui.

Bui’s arraignment is scheduled for March 21.centand he has not yet been tried in this case.

In addition to numerous other charges, he is currently being investigated for first-degree murder. Prosecutors allege the suspect admitted to using the app to track the stolen cellphone to the wrong address, a home on Truckee Street, and was seeking retaliation.

Investigators say three suspects wearing hoodies and masks entered the home, doused it with gasoline and set it on fire.

The third suspect, Dillon Siebert, was 14 years old at the time of the crime and was charged in juvenile court.

After pleading guilty to second-degree murder more than a year ago, Siebert was ultimately sentenced as a juvenile offender to seven years in district court and an additional three years in juvenile court.

Seymour apologized for his actions in court on Friday.

“If I could go back in time and stop all of this, I would,” he said. “There is not a moment that goes by that I don’t feel extreme guilt and remorse for my actions. I want to say to my family and community that I am truly sorry for any harm I have caused.”
