A Minnesota massage parlor owner has been arrested on suspicion of confining women in “tiny rooms” and using them as prostitutes for his customers, authorities said.
According to court documents, authorities in Kandiyohi County, Minn., responded to Massage Therapy in Wilmar last Saturday after receiving a 911 call from a “screaming woman.”
The “screaming woman” did not speak English, so responding officers used a language translation app to communicate with her upon arrival and waited for a Mandarin interpreter to speak with her on the phone. Court documents reviewed by Fox News Digital say the woman was “crying loudly” on the floor.
Meanwhile, a police officer spotted the massage parlor’s owner, In He, 55, inside the shop. The victim, whose name and age have not been released, told police he appeared to have been hit in the head by Mr Yin and felt “dizzy and had a headache.”

In her comments to an interpreter, the woman added that Ying did not let her “give her water, cook her food, turn on the lights, or lock her in a small room,” according to court documents.
“The victim stated that on that day, after she gave a customer a 30-minute massage and the customer asked for more work, her supervisor became angry with her and ended up punching her in the head,” records show. .
The woman was taken to a local hospital and treated for her injuries. She told police she was flown from California to Minnesota on March 3 and that since then she has been confined to a massage parlor where the owner monitored her every move, from eating to showering. .
The woman said she paid a Los Angeles agency $100 to help her get hired at a massage parlor that doesn’t sell “sex.”
The woman accepted the job on the pretext that her new boss would refund her half of her ticket once she arrived in Minnesota. Instead, according to the woman’s comments to police, she alleges that upon her arrival, Yin monitored her every move and coerced her into sex work.
The victim said she was locked in a small room when customers weren’t around and was instructed to “do whatever the customers wanted.” The woman told police she was instructed to perform sex acts on customers for everything from “small” to “big” jobs.

“Small jobs meant helping customers masturbate in their hands. Big jobs meant having sex with customers,” court documents say.
The woman said she was afraid to flee the parlor because the owner “could find her and her boss in Los Angeles was a court attorney.”
After Yin denied hitting or imprisoning the woman, police examined surveillance footage from the reception room and found footage of the owner punching the victim on the “right side of her head.”
According to court documents, the footage shows the male customer leaving the massage parlor and entering another room, the victim and Ying standing in the hallway, and the parlor owner speaking to the victim. He is said to be making “gestures”. Ying then ran down the hallway towards the victim and stopped right in front of her, apparently causing concern among customers waiting at her massage parlor.
