Grace Jabari, the ex-girlfriend of famous actor Jonathan Majors, has filed a civil lawsuit against him, alleging two more incidents of physical abuse prior to his arrest.
Jabari filed court documents Tuesday in the Southern District of New York. According to reports, she accused Majors of defamation, assault, battery and malicious prosecution during their two-year relationship. rolling stone. The civil suit comes about a year after Majors was arrested for assaulting Jabari in a car after he allegedly viewed her text messages with another woman. The famous actor maintained his innocence, but in December he was found guilty of harassment and third-degree reckless assault, according to Rolling Stone. According to Rolling Stone, Jabari claimed that Majors “has consistently escalated his abusive behavior toward women since the beginning of 2013.”
Her court documents say, “When confronted publicly with Grace’s many abuse allegations, Majors called her a liar at every turn and molested women in an attempt to convince the world that Grace was a liar.” “He very specifically claimed that he had never released any such documents.” They are not victims of domestic violence, they are crazy liars who should be treated as such.

Jabari’s lawyer, Brittany Henderson, said her client was strong enough to take further action against the famous actor.
“It takes real courage to hold someone with so much power accountable and to celebrate them,” she said, according to Rolling Stone. “The courage Grace Jabari showed at every step of the legal process.”
