TikTokker tells illegal immigrants how to ‘invade’ American homes

An immigrant TikToker with a 500,000-strong online following has been “invading” vacant homes and offering tips to his peers on how to enforce their squatter rights in the United States.

Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan national who goes by the handle @leitooficial_25 on TikTok and Instagram and who appears to live outside Columbus, Ohio, said in a recent video that under U.S. law, an “uninhabited house” If so, we can seize the house.” ”

He appears to be referring to the Unlawful Occupation Act, commonly known as squatters’ rights, which gives squatters rights to property they occupy without the owner’s consent.

In a viral TikTok clip that has racked up nearly 4 million views, Moreno claimed that he had a friend who had “already robbed about seven houses.”

The incendiary influencer claimed the only way for fellow immigrants to avoid living on the streets was to “break into” vacant homes.
