Another Giants player is headed to Philadelphia, but this time he probably won’t be as concerned.
After Saquon Barkley joined the rival Eagles, wide receiver Parris Campbell is signing a one-year deal to join him in Philadelphia, according to multiple reports.
Campbell, 26, did little during his one season with the Giants, catching 20 passes for 104 yards and no touchdowns.
The speedster didn’t see as much on the field as expected after signing a one-year, $4.7 million contract.
The former Colts receiver, who rushed for 623 yards and three touchdowns in 2022, had 24 targets in his first four games with the Giants, but his role quickly diminished and he was inactive for the Giants’ final five games. has been suspended.
“It’s not easy, but that’s the nature of business,” Campbell told The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy in December. “It’s a cliché, ‘You know what you’re getting when you sign up,’ and it’s true. But there’s always something you never thought you’d do. And… Being inactive and not playing is definitely something I never thought would happen.”
Campbell, a second-round pick by the Colts in 2019, was plagued by injuries in his first three seasons but has stayed healthy the past two seasons.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni served as the Colts’ offensive coordinator during Campbell’s first two NFL seasons.
The move follows Barkley spending six seasons with the Giants before joining Philadelphia on a three-year, $37.75 million contract with $26 million guaranteed.

Barkley was unable to agree to a long-term contract with the Giants and played on the franchise tag last season.
After being selected No. 2 overall in 2018, Barkley rushed for 5,211 yards, received for 2,100 yards and totaled 47 touchdowns in 74 regular season games for the Giants.
