Cancer-stricken Kate Middleton ‘doesn’t need Meghan or Harry to console her’: expert

Duchess Kate is not relying on support from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following her cancer diagnosis, a royal expert has claimed.

The 42-year-old Princess of Wales revealed on Friday that doctors discovered the cancer during a scheduled abdominal surgery and that she is undergoing chemotherapy.

Royal author Sally Bedell-Smith said Middleton had enough support from members of the royal family that she “didn’t need to hear” from her brother-in-law.

Following the mother-of-three’s announcement on Friday, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan said they wanted the princess to have privacy as she underwent treatment.
