“The Department continues to withhold additional materials in response to the committee’s subpoena, particularly the audio recording of Special Counsel Hur’s interview with President Biden, and the recording and audio recording of Special Counsel Hur’s meeting with Mr. Zwonitzer.” ” Comer and Jordan wrote. “The February 27th subpoena imposes a legal obligation on you to produce this material.”

Comer and Jordan said they expect Garland to “create all responsive materials no later than April 8, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.”

“If they do not, the committee will consider further action, including invoking contempt of Congress,” they wrote.
