Larsa Pippen reveals reason for second Marcus Jordan breakup

Larsa Pippen has admitted that she and Marcus Jordan have broken up for good because he’s not her “man.”

Pippen, 49, also denied that his breakup with Jordan, 33, had anything to do with their 16-year age difference.

“I think we’re on a different journey, you know?” she said. “I feel like I have to be true to who I am and what I’m doing and what he’s doing. You know? I’m happy for him. I want him. He’s a great guy, but I feel like he’s not for me.”

Bravolebrity added that she has dated men who are “much older” and “much more immature” than the former basketball player.

“I don’t think it’s because of my age,” she said, trying to keep her guard up. “I think that’s where we are right now.”

Pippen said she had been away filming the show for two weeks when her feelings for Jordan, whose father is NBA legend Michael Jordan, became “clear.”

“I think when you’re alone, you either miss him or you realize that maybe you’re not my lover. I feel like I realized what I was thinking,” she explained.

The reality TV star, who has four children with ex-husband Scottie Pippen, said she and Marcus are now in a completely different place in their lives.

“My top priorities are my kids, my business, my show, and being with people I can grow with,” she said. “If I’m not growing with you, we have to be in the same place to grow together. So that’s what I want.”

While Larsa insisted she was “feeling good” after the breakup, she admitted that breakups in general are difficult.

“It’s hard to break up because you’re so used to living with that person. We’ve done podcasts together, worked together, even had him appear on ‘Housewives.’ But it was difficult because we were used to being together all the time,” she said. “And then when I went to film this other show, I realized, Larsa, you’re okay, you’re okay.”

Larsa said that in her current position, she and Marcus continue to have a good relationship.

“We’re friends. We were friends for three years before we started dating. I feel like we could finally be friends,” she said. “Now we feel cool.”

The former lovers first sparked dating rumors in September 2022, and officially registered on Instagram in January 2023.

They put their relationship on hold in February this year, but rekindled their love a few days later.

Sources then confirmed to Page Six last week that Larsa and Marcus again called for a cancellation.

“Larsa really just wants to focus on herself. She felt like this relationship was all-consuming,” a source told Us, adding that Larsa’s friends and castmates on Rome Now that he’s single, he said he’s “excited to have more fun” with his girlfriend.
