An immigrant has been arrested and charged with raping a “mentally incapacitated” teenage girl in Alabama.
According to WDHN TVauthorities arrested 23-year-old Pablo Mendoza on Monday, March 25, for the February 20 incident, according to information from the Angkor Police Department.
Authorities say the suspect is suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl with an “intellectual disability” on February 20.
Local media said the girl was unable to consent to sex because she was “physically helpless.”

Authorities said Mendoza was charged with first-degree rape.

Authorities confirmed that Mr. Mendoza entered the United States illegally.
He will be deported to his home country after his trial date.
