McCann told police he was playing a game called “21,” in which he stole as many items as possible from a store and left without paying, all while trying not to get caught.
“That was the game I was playing,” McCann said. “It’s really, really fun!”
“Well, this isn’t play. This is theft,” the officer told her. “Well, going to prison is fun.”
She claimed she left the items in a “random” car and left when she noticed police in the area.
