Cops investigating ‘suspicious disappearance’ of women who went missing while picking up kids

Police in Oklahoma are investigating the “suspicious disappearance” of two women who went missing after leaving to pick up their children, whose car was later found abandoned.

The car of Veronica Butler, 27, and Jillian Kelly, 39, was found unoccupied near Interstate 95 in rural Texas. Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation he said on Facebook on Saturday.

Authorities said the two mothers were on their way to pick up their children when they went missing.

The two mothers went missing after planning to pick up their children.

“They never arrived at the collection point,” the ministry said in an advisory. “Their car was abandoned on the side of the road.”

According to reports, the Texas County Sheriff’s Office issued the alert shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday, a day after asking for help searching for two missing women.

Police said Butler is 5 feet 4 inches tall, has red hair and green eyes, and has several tattoos, including a Chinese symbol on his left forearm and a sunflower on his left shoulder.

Kelly has brown hair and blue eyes and has a butterfly tattoo on her left forearm.

National Center for Missing and Endangered Persons Women were also warned.
