Billy Horschel may not have the same luck as Travis Kelsey when it comes to Taylor Swift bracelets. Kelsey took advantage of that and actually went on a date with the pop star.
But the PGA golfer was using Swift as a motivational tactic, and he didn’t realize it.
Horschel said his wife made him a bracelet that said “FEARLESS” after the Players Championship. This word, coincidentally, is the name of Swift’s second album, released in 2008.

But this bracelet was made just because he wanted to run without fear on the course.
“So listen, Taylor Swift is a big part of my household,” Horschel said at this week’s Valero Texas Open. “Last year, my daughters and I went to the Taylor Swift concert in Atlanta. They’re big Swifties, so my oldest daughter, Skylar, made me a bracelet. , I’ve been wearing it for almost a year now. It just says Sky” , Kolbs and Ax. And after The Players Championship, she talked with her team and her wife about the need to play with less fear…so my wife made me a FEARLESS bracelet. ”

In fact, Horschel said he wanted to write those words on his wrist in Sharpie during the final round at TPC Sawgrass, but he’s still completely oblivious to Swift’s coincidence.
“I’m not the biggest Swiftie,” he admits.
But since the bracelet was made, “I’ve been getting asked a lot about it,” he said.
”[Fans] Ask me if I’m Swiftie or if it’s a friendship bracelet or something. This is a cool little thing that will keep you in the right place to think about what you want to think about while playing golf. ”
