The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has been in contact with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding Leonel Moreno and is working to bring charges, according to internal federal documents reviewed by The Post. Became.
The exact charges are unknown at this time, but officials told The Post that the charges could be filed under the Gun Control Act, which prohibits parolees from possessing, transporting, transporting or receiving firearms or ammunition. He said that he has a high level of sexuality.

Moreno was arrested by authorities outside Columbus, Ohio, on March 29 for failing to show up for a mandatory check-in with a police officer, the newspaper reported.
In a series of five short clips, Mr. Moreno flaunts large sums of cash, boasts about not having to work, and mocks fellow immigrants who come to the United States for jobs in cleaning, construction, and landscaping.
“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in Spanish, according to a translation of the video. “I came to the United States to mark my territory.”
Moreno’s TikTok account, which had more than 500,000 followers, appears to have been deleted as of Wednesday. In previous videos, the family claimed that since entering the United States illegally, they have been receiving $350 a week in government benefits and earning up to $1,000 a week on video platforms.
