The FBI arrested a Loudoun County, Virginia, couple early Thursday morning for breaking into the Capitol three years ago on January 6, 2021, according to recent interviews with the couple.

They were charged with four misdemeanor counts of entering or leaving a restricted building or grounds and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, Thomas said.
