Horrifying accusations made by pregnant woman who claims she was forced to do so commit unspeakable acts This was committed by a man who was registered as a sex offender in Texas.
Dennis Allen Carter, 58, is accused of carrying out the heinous act at Kittredge’s home in August.
The unidentified woman told police that Carter picked her up at the Valero gas station at Hirsch Road and Cross Timbers Street in Houston. He allegedly drove her to her home and recorded her while threatening her.
“Frankly, the facts of this case sound like something out of a horror show,” prosecutors said during Thursday’s trial hearing. “I am extremely concerned about the plaintiff’s safety.”
The woman said Carter sexually assaulted her and held a gun to her head. She then allegedly forced the girl to have sex with her pet dog and videotaped it.
During questioning, Carter showed police a video he had taken with the woman, but the woman claimed she had acted of her own free will.
He was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of bestiality.
Police said in court that Carter is a registered sex offender and had not properly reported his move to a new home. He must notify the police seven days before moving to another residence.
Carter was arrested for aggravated child sexual abuse in the 1980s and convicted of aggravated sexual assault in 1997. As a result of these convictions, Carter is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The man’s neighbors were shocked and stunned by the extreme allegations against Carter.
“He seemed like a nice guy,” one neighbor told KTRK. “But it’s all a show.”
Carter is being held on $350,000 bail, and prosecutors are seeking to have his parole revoked.
In a similar incident in Houston in March, a 21-year-old man was arrested after a relative bumped into his laptop while cleaning his room and saw images of child sexual abuse on it. Relatives turned the man over to police and he was charged with child sexual abuse and possession of bestiality images.
