A courtside fan in Chicago told Donte DiVincenzo to tuck his jersey in, but the Knicks guard wasn’t wearing it.
During the Knicks’ 108-100 loss to the Bulls, DiVincenzo was asked by a fan in the front row of the contest to tuck his shirt in.
Visibly irritated, DiVincenzo quickly turned around and told the fans to “shut up” during the play.
A fan responded, “I mean, those are NBA rules,” but got no response.
The NBA’s official rules state:: “While playing, players must keep their uniform shirts tucked into their pants. T-shirts are not permitted.”
DiVincenzo, who is in the midst of his first year of career, finished with 10 points on 4-of-12 shooting and two 3-pointers on seven attempts.
The 10 points were DiVincenzo’s lowest points since January 17th.
Despite the loss, the Knicks are tied with the Magic in the Eastern Conference, who also lost to the Hornets on Friday.

The Knicks have five games left on the schedule and are two games out of the play-in spot.
The team welcomed back OG Anunoby after Julius Randle opted for shoulder surgery at the end of the season.
Anunoby scored 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting and added two steals in his return.
