The duo of deliciousness is layered on a Hawaiian-style roll from Phoenix bakery Noble Bread, with your choice of chilled coleslaw, pickles, onions, and Little Miss BBQ’s signature sauce.

Holmes, who grew up in the Pork Band of America’s Barbecue Belt in North Carolina, and her husband Scott, an Arizona native, opened the original Little Miss BBQ on East University Drive in 2014.
It was an instant hit on the Phoenix food scene.

The highlight of the dessert menu is Becke’s smoked pecan pie.
The 5-inch pies are made at home based on an old family recipe passed down to Holmes by her great-grandmother, Ethel Hitchcock of North Carolina, she said.
