Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pennsylvania) blasted squatters in a recent interview, saying that while squatting continues to harm homeowners across the country, the right to occupy someone else’s home has become more important. I questioned how this was done.
Fetterman said in an interview with the New York Post published Saturday that squatters “have no rights.”
“Squatters have no rights,” Fetterman said. “How can you pretend this is something else when you’re just breaking the law?”
Fetterman also said post“I’m not awake.”

“It’s crazy that you go on a long trip for 30 days and someone breaks into your house and suddenly gives you rights,” he said sadly. “This is crazy. If someone steals your car and then keeps it for 30 days, does that somehow mean you have any rights?”
The squatting trend is at a tipping point as immigrants teach others how to abuse the law.Experts warn that “the damage has already been done”
Mr. Fetterman also called for smarter, more aggressive crime policies and spoke out against the man who allegedly shot and killed NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller. The murder suspect had been arrested several times before.
“When you have such an established record, there is no greater purpose to allowing those who are offending, offending, and offending and to ensure that they are not held accountable.” “No,” Fetterman said.
The Pennsylvania senator also remains a strong supporter of Israel, despite pushback from his own party.

“If you want to criticize it, that’s natural, but I’m opposed to effective demands like regime change,” Fetterman said, referring to comments about Sen. Chuck Schumer (D.N.Y.) and the Israeli government. he told the Post. “I disagreed because Israel is a democracy and Israel is a special ally of ours and our country would not welcome any input from a foreign country. So why not for Israel? Do I have to do that?”
Schumer called on Israel to elect a new prime minister to advance a two-state solution for Israelis and Palestinians, Fox News Digital previously reported.
The majority leader said he believes “Prime Minister Netanyahu has lost his way by putting his own political survival ahead of Israel’s best interests.”

Fetterman, an ardent supporter of President Biden, warned that the election between him and Donald Trump would be very close in his home state, but still predicted the president would ultimately win.
“It’s going to be a close race. Trump will be incredibly strong in Pennsylvania,” Fetterman said.
