As I watch Joe Biden’s shockingly incompetent political behavior, I am reminded of this: Jewish legend Golem’s. One version of the story says that Judah Reb ben Bezalel, a famous rabbi of Prague in the late 16th century, decided to create a humanoid to help the harassed Jewish community. A rabbi’s handiwork, the golem was made from clay and mud taken from a local river. His creator imbued him with life force and mobility by casting various spells on the materials he collected. This golem was initially built to protect the Jews of Prague from enemies, but the rabbis soon learned that it could respond to a wide range of commands.
Unfortunately, the Rabbinic creations had no real intelligence and simply continued to mechanically do what they were programmed to do. We may recognize how this adaptation of the Jewish legend provides the storyline to Mary Shelley’s Portrait of Frankenstein. In both accounts, the monster’s creator creates humanoid beings, but then learns that his handiwork can be dangerous due to their lack of human emotion and reasoning.
Humanoid Biden is unable to stop his repetitive behavior because no one has reprogrammed him.
In my view, the same story concerns Biden, and he is unable to deprogram what he started when he took office. Both his leaders and the corporate media pushed him, come hell or high water, into the woke left. That is the constituency he currently serves. But his mechanical obedience also has its drawbacks. His response to beleaguered feminists who remain fixated on the goal of nationwide unconditional abortion rights certainly contributed to his party’s electoral victories after the Supreme Court ruling. did. dobbs overturn the decision Roe vs. Wade. But why would Biden encourage a massive domestic invasion by more than 10 million illegal aliens, including drug traffickers, career criminals, and terrorists, from other positions likely to work against him in this year’s presidential election? And why is Biden pushing a Green New Deal that will burden the economy and alienate voters who believe he is bad at essential issues?
Finally, why did Biden unnecessarily anger American Christians by promoting International Transgender Visibility Day this Easter? Mr. Biden Adds Insult to Insult Prohibit the installation of religious symbols On eggs rolled by National Guard children on the White House lawn on Easter Monday.Meanwhile, Biden plans executive orders Prohibit banning of transgender athletes on a women’s sports program. It is hard to think of any action that could so anger the parents of daughters who participate in competitive sports.
I would like to note that until a few weeks ago, I thought Biden could still win the presidential election with the usual election tricks of the Democratic Party and the media establishment. There are tons of questionably “collected” write-in votes, lots of Harvard-educated lawyers defending Democratic voting procedures, and Hitler’s orange monster Donald Trump coming to power. There will be suburban women who are constantly outraged by this belief. their “reproductive freedom.” I still think the crisis created by all these forces and the media will come into play in the November election.
But it’s his out-of-control golem-like demeanor that could tip the scales decisively against Biden. This humanoid is unable to reason out his own course of action and will not change his course, no matter how stupid his actions may seem to anyone but the most ardent woke leftist.
It’s hard not to notice that Biden’s politics always exhibit the same grim, mechanical character. He spent almost his entire political career supporting what other Congressional Democrats were doing. After he became president, he did what his subordinates told him to do and what the media, which had downplayed his gaffes and cognitive gaps, expected of its customers. During Biden’s half-century career, he has taken markedly different positions on issues of race, crime and immigration, for example, but he has taken those positions at different times at the behest of others.
Biden must have known what was expected of him from the day Congressman Jim Clyburn (D.C.) handed the nomination to his 2020 presidential nominee. Clyburn elevated Biden to the honor of being the preferred candidate of Black Democrats nationwide. But this comes at a price that Biden will never have to pay. In this way, he continues to monotonously denounce white racism while calling for further government preferential treatment of black people, their loudest spokespersons.
Our president has turned his role here into one of, above all, a nuisance.
