Country music star Morgan Wallen was arrested Sunday night at Eric Church’s New Bar in Nashville, Tennessee and charged with three felonies.

WKRN-TV Staff at Church’s Bar reported to police that Warren had thrown a chair off a six-story rooftop. According to the arrest report, officers reviewed footage of the incident that showed Warren “rushing and throwing an object onto the roof.”

The 30-year-old country music singer was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct. Warren posted $15,250 bail and was released from the Davidson County Jail around 3:30 a.m.
