These 19 Republicans voted to block the spy powers bill

A group of 19 House Republicans joined with the Democratic Party On Wednesday vote against a procedural motion Begin consideration of a bill that would reauthorize the state’s warrantless surveillance powers and call into question the authority of intelligence tools.

A procedural vote to advance Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) failed 193-228. The move comes after former President Trump on Wednesday urged Republicans to “kill FISA,” dividing the party.
