Hunter Brown throws putrid outing as Astros’ horrific start continues

The Astros were one win away from winning their third straight World Series last season.

They currently sit at the bottom of the American League West.

Houston’s starting pitching has been underperforming in recent games, and Thursday afternoon was no exception.

Hunter Brown started for the Astros, and the team was hoping he could end a recent string of poor starts, but right-hander Brown made Houston’s start even worse.

They begin a three-game series at home against the defending World Series champion Rangers, but if the slump continues, alarm bells could ring in Houston.
