Biden resists pulling controversial judicial nominee Adeel Mangi despite Democrat defectors

The White House has not received any direction from Republican lawmakers who advised President Biden to withdraw his controversial attorney general nomination.

Instead, he is lobbying Democratic senators to support Adeel Mangi on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

White House officials updated Fox News Digital on Mangi’s nomination status, citing groups accused of anti-Semitism and supporting “cop killers,” as Republican critics claim. The company is under scrutiny over its relationship with two organizations.
