Even though Russia invaded Ukraine more than two years ago, the ongoing war between the two countries still confuses many people. Who is the good person in this situation? Certainly, it’s not Putin. But Zelenskiy? What will happen to the United States and other countries offering aid to Ukraine?
According to Ben Swan, founder and CEO of Truth in Media, the answer is none of the above. Despite the different narratives surrounding the war, Swan argues that Ukraine is actually just a pawn in a much larger game.
Swann recently joined Orron McIntyre to explain how Ukraine has become a “corrupt slush fund for the global management elite.”
“Is there something special about Ukraine’s culture or structure or corruption that would allow U.S. companies and officials to profit from Ukraine on their own?” McIntyre asked.
“Actually, there are a few things,” Swan said. “Ukraine itself, historically, for the last 40 years, has been notoriously… one of the most corrupt countries on the planet. … It’s run by an oligarchy. It’s been handed over and basically It was auctioned off to bidders. It’s essentially run by a gang.”
Additionally, “there are a number of political actors in the United States who have been successful in getting involved in Ukraine,” Swan explained, including the Biden family, who have “business interests” in the country. He explained that he knew that he had a
“Ukraine is being handed over. That’s true not only of the war, but also of the reconstruction efforts that followed. It’s true that the huge global It’s a fund.”
Swann went on to explain that Argentina has the highest International Monetary Fund debt of any country, which is why Javier Millay was elected in hopes of restoring a “famously destroyed economy.” . But if the war between Russia and Ukraine ends, “it will be Ukraine by a wide margin.”
Much of the world’s money pouring into Ukraine – said to be generous gifts to support the war against Russia – is “no longer a gift” and “no longer aid.”
“It’s a debt,” Swan said. “[The money] Everything is now being restructured into loans that the Ukrainian state and people will be indebted to for generations. The repayments amount to billions, if not trillions, of dollars that will take “a lifetime” to pay off.
“If you really want to know who is at war with Ukraine and who just conquered Ukraine, it is the multinational corporations. It is not Russia. “The real winners are the multinational corporations that own the country now and will own it for the foreseeable future,” Swan concluded.
