Alec Baldwin’s recent antics are “not a good look” for the actor, according to a legal expert.
With less than three months to go until jury selection for Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter trial on the set of The Last, Baldwin was filmed knocking a cell phone out of the hands of an anti-Israel activist. She approached him inside Maman Coffee Shop in New York City and repeatedly demanded that he say “Liberate Palestine.” The woman also mentioned the “Lust” trial, asking Baldwin, “Why did you kill that woman? Why did you kill that woman and not get a prison sentence?”
Baldwin’s heated moment on Monday came weeks after the “Lust” special prosecutor accused Baldwin of failing to control his emotions on the set of a movie.
The 66-year-old is accused of “frequently yelling and swearing” while filming Bonanza Creek, according to court documents obtained by FOX News Digital. The documents also say he was “inadvertent” during firearms training in the days before the fatal shooting.

Legal experts suggested to Fox News Digital that Baldwin should be more aware of his actions leading up to the trial.
“It’s obviously not good for Baldwin, but no judge would accept this as evidence in a manslaughter case,” said former federal prosecutor Neema Rahmani. “He was never indicted, much less convicted, and his actions are too minor to be relevant.”
“But Baldwin needs to be more careful,” the president of the West Coast Trial Lawyers said. “Prosecutors are painting a picture of a monster who has lost his freedom, and there is no way they would do anything to affect that story.”
Fox News Digital has reached out to Baldwin’s team for comment.
