Christian worship leader and activist Sean Feucht is taking action in response to anti-Israel protests on prominent campuses such as Columbia University and New York University. To defend Jews, Feucht plans to host a Jewish conference. Feucht added, “This is essentially a reaction to that, rallying the church, rallying Jewish leaders, rallying organizations that want to say, ‘This is America.'” These are universities and campuses located in our cities. We are not going to stand for this. ” He likened the event to rallies held across the United States in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic. face wire. Mr. Feucht recalled going to places of anarchy and chaos at the time and bringing “a baptism of worship, prayer, unity, and revival.”
Ultimately, being in the midst of anger and division “has changed the whole environment,” Feucht said. Fucht said the event will feature prayer and worship and “the church standing against evil, darkness and hate.” He also compared some of the current anti-Israel sentiment to the 1930s, when entrenched ideology led to the Holocaust. “We understand that this is the work of the enemy,” he said. “We’re here to bring light. We’re here to say we’re not going to be imposed, we’re going to work with our Jewish brothers and sisters.”
Feucht also said the current turmoil caused by Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel and the ensuing war is a solemn reminder for Christians that “we are in the last days.” Stated.
“These are the end times…we are living in the midst of them,” he said.
