Suspect in kidnapped Florida woman later found dead in burned vehicle claims he was paid to abduct her

A masked suspect who allegedly kidnapped a Florida driver at gunpoint was found dead in a burnt-out SUV hours later, killing her in the dastardly act, according to reports. He reportedly told police that he had been paid to deliver the item to someone.

The newspaper reported that Garcia told investigators he received the gun 30 minutes before carrying out the brazen kidnapping, and that it was not loaded during the crime.

The alleged hired gunman was seen exiting the green Acura after crashing into Guerrero de Aguas-Vivas’ SUV about a half-mile.

He was then captured on camera jumping out of the car at a traffic light, pointing a gun directly at the driver’s seat, and getting into the rear passenger seat while still holding the steering wheel.

The SUV then quickly made a U-turn and another suspect took the wheel of the Acura and sped away.

Hours after the daylight armed kidnapping, Guerrero de Aguas-Vivas’ body was found inside a charred SUV in rural Orlando.

She was found with multiple fatal injuries, according to the affidavit.

About a dozen shell casings were scattered around the crime scene, matching the 10mm handgun wielded by Guerrero de Aguasbias’ kidnapper.

Garcia was arrested last week in Puerto Rico on a federal warrant for violation of probation on weapons charges.

Police linked the kidnapping suspect to the heinous crime after the sweatshirt he was wearing was “identical” to the one Garcia wore in his Facebook profile picture.

He is being held in Florida’s Seminole County Jail on suspicion of fatal carjacking, the newspaper said.

Investigators later discovered on FaceTime that the last person Guerrero de Aguasvivas spoke to before he was killed was Giovanny Joel Crespo Hernandez, according to Tuesday’s report. statement According to Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

He has not been charged with Guerrero de Aguasvivas’ murder, police said.
