Afroman Teams With Nashville Hit Songwriter for ‘Hunter Got High’

New single “Hunter Got High” featuring Grammy-nominated rapper afromandebuted this week with a scathing satirical video highlighting Hunter Biden’s many scandalous allegations and his miraculous ability to emerge from political hell relatively unscathed.

The song is run through with blistering punchlines and biting wit, providing an overview of President Joe Biden’s son’s biggest hits. Laptop fiasco. his shady dealings in Ukraine and China; and his tax evasion charges. Even Hunter’s career as a fine-art painter was lost.

The gingers come fast and furious. One line reads, “We should have Hillary bleach her entire hard drive.” Another poem criticizes his art. “He could never paint a worthy picture…now he can paint more than half a mil.” He acquired more LLCs than his ex-wife.”

These one-liners are the brainchild of a multi-platinum country music songwriter chris wallinHe has written hits for some of Nashville’s biggest stars, including Toby Keith, Trace Adkins, Montgomery Gentry, and Kenny Chesney. Wallin He is the head of A&R. buste recordsthe label behind “Hunter Got High,” describes itself as a music label dedicated to creating “a counterculture to cancel culture.”
Breitbart News caught up with Wallin to get the inside scoop on the origins of “Hunter Got High” and his views on corruption in the Biden family.

“When I first got in touch with Afroman, I was excited, but it took me a while to think about how we could fuse what he is known for with our ideology as a label. It was bothering me.” [Baste Records]” Wolin recalled.

“The idea for this song came to me during a meeting, and I snuck out of the meeting early to start working on it. When I shared it with my team and the Afroman team, everyone lit up,” Wallin said. We started collaborating on where to apply it and came up with some fun ideas to contrast how characters like Hunter are treated as opposed to the rest of the world. It highlights hypocrisy while making people laugh. ”

The label recorded the song and shot a music video in Winchester, Ohio, with actors playing Hunter and Joe Biden.

Wallin isn’t too worried about the potential political backlash to the single, considering the country music industry is becoming increasingly politically polarized.

“I think a lot of people out there feel like I do, that silence is no longer the way to move this country forward,” he told Breitbart News. “I’ve been making, producing and performing music for 30 years. If that’s a way to open people’s eyes, then so be it.”

Frequent listeners of “Hunter Got High” will notice the euphemistic reference to the bag of cocaine found in the White House last year. The Secret Service ended the investigation after failing to find the culprit.

Wallin told Breitbart News that he did not know whether Hunter was behind the bags of cocaine.

But, “if this is a random ranch house in the middle of America, and the police find an illegal bag of, say, cooking flour in the cupboard, they’re definitely going to find a chef in the house.” You’ll be talking to the only person known to know.”

“Hunter Got High,” of course, is a remix of Afroman’s mega-hit single “Because I Got High.”
