Anti-Israel Protesters Defy Order to Clear Encampment: ‘Columbia Will Burn’

Anti-Israel demonstrators at the Columbia University encampment defied a sweep order from authorities by threatening to “burn” the university.

These are one of the most important aspects of a student’s academic program. Many of this year’s graduates were deprived of their high school graduation ceremonies due to the pandemic. For many families, this will be the first time someone in their family has graduated from college and earned a degree.

Protesters were informed in the letter that the encampment violated numerous university policies regarding vandalism, vandalism, unauthorized access, noncompliance, and the University Code of Conduct.
