“My biggest goal tonight was to continue to be myself, enjoy basketball and be aggressive. That’s what I thought I did. So, I think so.” [I have] There’s a lot to be proud of,” Clark told reporters after the game.

It was a narrow victory for Dallas. Dallas’ Arike Ogunbowale scored the winning goal with three seconds left. He tried to force overtime with Clark’s 3-pointer from the right corner, but fell just short when the buzzer sounded.
“I couldn’t ask for a better game,” Clark added.

“They make women’s basketball so much fun,” Clark said of the fans. “I think over the past few years, it’s grown more and more, and for them to come out and support. [me] My first WNBA game was really special, not only for me but for both teams on the court. They can understand how good this product is. ”
Despite the loss, Clark said his pro debut, like his first game at Iowa, was something he’ll never forget.
“It’s very special to put on the jersey for the first time in an actual game. … It’s a huge milestone for someone who has always dreamed of playing in the WNBA.”
