RNC lawyer Charlie Spies resigns just 2 months after taking the job

Charlie Spieth, chief legal adviser to the Republican National Committee (RNC), will step down from his post after just two months in office, the RNC confirmed on Sunday.

Speaker Michael Whatley said at the time that Spieth and fellow attorney Christina Bobb would focus on efforts to ensure election security.
