LI pastor charged with sexually abusing teen in church

A perverted pastor has been arrested for sexually abusing teenagers at a Long Island church, authorities said Thursday.

Preacher Clinton Buckner, 71, is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in the basement of the Huntington Seventh-day Adventist Church in Huntington Station in March, according to Suffolk County police.

Buckner, of Huntington, is also charged with sending inappropriate text messages and photos to the alleged victim.

The disturbing allegations came to light after the girl’s sister called police on Wednesday, officials said.

Sicco was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with criminal solicitation, sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He is scheduled to be arraigned May 10 in First District Court in Central Islip.

A message left at Huntington Seventh-day Adventist Church was not immediately returned Thursday night.
