The document was designed to be a “powerful tool for activists and NGOs working to advance the rights of transgender youth.” If you want to advance your agenda and abolish parental consent and rights, this is the guidebook to get it done. This is how an army of activists, NGOs, media, and even politicians took a small medical condition and made it front and center. About the children.
