Sean “Diddy” Combs wants his sexual misconduct lawsuit against Jane Doe dismissed.
According to TMZthe rapper moved to dismiss the complaint with prejudice, arguing that the statute of limitations under which Doe is suing has already passed.
Combs, through his attorney, also argued that the lawsuit does not include any important details other than the assault charge.
Additionally, he feels that she may have placed a “trigger warning” on her application to increase attention to her sordid claims.
“Minor amendments to the original complaint cannot correct the falsehoods or irreparable defects in the new complaint. Like the original complaint, this complaint does not set forth any viable claims; Must be rejected,” Combs’ filing says, TMZ reports.
“Plaintiffs cannot allege what year, month, or day the alleged incident occurred, but they do claim that they miraculously specifically recall the most sordid details.” This case should be dismissed now to protect against defamation and before further party and judicial resources are wasted.”
Doe filed the lawsuit in December 2023, shortly after Combs settled a rape and abuse lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Kathy, alleging that she was sexually trafficked and trafficked in 2003 when she was 17 years old. He claimed that he had given her drugs and gang raped her.
Ms. Doe claimed that she met Hervé Pierre, the former president of Combs’ record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, at a Detroit nightclub. Pierre reportedly told her that he thought she was “hot” and that Combs would love to meet her.
Pierre then called Combs and had Doe call the producer, who told her to fly to New York with Pierre.

Upon landing, Doe claimed that she was taken to Combs’ recording studio, where she was drugged and drugged with alcohol by Combs, Pierre, and a third assailant who was flying with her and Pierre.
“While in the studio, Ms. Doe was gang-raped by Mr. Combs, then a third assailant, and then Mr. Pierre,” the complaint states.
Ms. Doe claimed that Ms. Combs removed her underwear and forced her to remove them while she was “hanging” over the bathroom sink.
He then allegedly “witnessed a third assailant, who was unaware that Mr. Doe had begun having sex with her, rape Ms. Doe after he told her to stop.”
Pierre then “taken turns raping Ms. Doe and violently forcing her to perform oral sex on him, during which time Ms. Doe choked and had difficulty breathing.”
Doe claimed that she was “in a fetal position” and that her “vagina hurt.”
She added that she “barely managed to stand up” after the alleged gang rape, but was helped into a car and taken back to the airport. She said her memories of returning to Michigan are “limited.”
Ms. Doe’s lawsuit includes various photos “taken at the studio that night, which leave no doubt that Ms. Doe was in the New York City studio with Ms. Combs on the night she was raped.” It was included.
Combs has also been sued by three other women and a man over similar claims, all of which Combs vehemently denies.
The mogul is also at the center of a federal sex trafficking investigation. His homes in both Los Angeles and Miami were raided by the Department of Homeland Security in March.
