Tiger Woods and Mike Trout announced last year that they would build a golf course together in New Jersey.
On Friday, a new face of Trout National emerged — a reserve emerged as Woods reviewed his progress.
he posted 4 photos I sent a cheeky message to Trout at X.
“It was great to be back at Trout National as a reserve last week,” Woods wrote. “Construction is progressing rapidly and the course is looking incredible. Don’t worry, Mike Trout, we have everything under control during the season. I can’t wait until you tee it up.”

The photos show what different views and landscapes on the course look like. The 2025 timeline appears to still be on the table.
Woods and Trout co-designed the course, which will be a private, members-only course in the baseball player’s hometown of Vineland, New Jersey.
This location is a prime spot for famous golf courses such as Pine Valley, which is ranked top by multiple publications.
Seaview Golf Club’s Bay Course is another top course in the area, hosting the 1942 PGA Championship. Atlantic City Country Club is also nearby.
Trout and Woods are competitive and you have to hope that Trout National grows into one of the most popular spots in Jersey.
