Shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday, three Atlanta police officers were shot and a suspect who was believed to be carrying a handgun was killed.
The officers’ injuries are not life-threatening.

Police received a call about a man with a gun, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found the man appeared to be in possession of both a gun and a knife, ABC News reported. report.
A gunfight broke out and three police officers were injured. The suspect died during the exchange.
