A Texas school principal said she cut off all ties with her husband after he was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography. The principal disclosed her details in two emails sent to school staff and parents.
James Stone, 53, who taught at Tompkins High School in Katy, Texas, was arrested Monday after authorities discovered thousands of photos of minors in his possession, police reported. new york post.

“My family and I are deeply disappointed in his actions, and we will not be involved in his criminal proceedings as he moves forward with his next steps,” the email continued.
“It is also important to me that you confirm that I and other family members are involved in James’ criminal activities.”
Melinda said, “As the incident is still under investigation, law enforcement is unable to provide additional information at this time, but the district and I take this incident very seriously and have given full support to law enforcement.” I am aware that they are cooperating with each other.”

The school notified parents that Mr. Stone would not be returning to teaching.
He is being held in the Fort Bend County Jail and the investigation continues.
Stone will make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
