Video Captures Amazon Worker Attempting To Shoot Supervisor At Point-Blank, Misses

TMZ reported Wednesday that an Amazon employee in Ohio was caught on video allegedly trying to shoot his boss at close range, but still missed.

An incident in Ohio in which an Amazon security guard allegedly tried to shoot his boss took a turn for the worse, and the guard died at the hands of police. Ali Hamsa Yusuf, 22, allegedly brought a firearm to work and attempted to shoot his boss at point-blank range, an incident that was captured on CCTV footage. according to To TMZ.

The footage shows Yusuf pulling out a gun and trying to fire at his boss, but the gun stops working. After resolving the issue, Yusuf allegedly fired again, but inexplicably missed his target. As seen in the video, his boss immediately fell to the ground and ran to protect himself, while Yusuf appeared frightened and fled the scene. The situation worsened as Yusuf attempted to flee, the paper said. Police shared body camera footage of the pursuit that reportedly showed Yusuf firing several shots at the stopped police car. One of the bullets hit the officer’s bulletproof vest, but he sustained minor injuries and was later released from the hospital.

The confrontation ended when a police officer shot and killed Yusuf as he tried to flee. According to TMZ, authorities have not yet determined Yusuf’s motive for shooting his boss.
