UFC Vegas 92 begins at the APEX Center in Las Vegas with 12 lower-level bouts to choose from for your betting fun.
First Fist begins with the prelim card at 4 PM ET, followed by the main card at 7 PM ET, with the entire card broadcast on ESPN+.
Last week continued its solid results with a profit of 0.68 units, ending the third consecutive week of betting in the black.
On this week’s betting cards, you’ll notice more long shots this week and fewer outright sides.
High risk, high return. Keep unit size small for larger long shots.
In terms of entertainment, this UFC APEX card is far from the best we’ve seen, but a fight is a fight, and there’s money to be made even for unknown fighters.
MMA fans can expect more exciting cards to come, including UFC 302: Makhachev vs. Poirier on June 1st.
UFC fight night predictions
Edson Barboza vs. Lerone Murphy
Will we see the veteran’s lessons again in the UFC?
Edson Barboza will enter as a decent-sized underdog this weekend against fellow striker Lerone Murphy in what looks to be a competitive match.
Barboza may have benefited from the recent reduction in USADA testing, and at 38 years old he looks much leaner than ever.
Barboza has great kicks, probably the best in the UFC, but Murphy is just a kickboxer and his lead leg can get chopped.
If Murphy can’t control his leg kicks, he’s going to be in trouble.
Murphy is solid, but +500 seems too wide considering Murphy has come close to split decisions numerous times in his career.
This fight will be more of a decision, so you should be happy with +500 for Barboza on the decision and hope to be on the right side of the scorecard.
choose: Barboza Judgment (+500, Bet Rivers)
Chaos Williams vs. Carlston Harris
Chaos Williams, who will face Carlston Harris on Saturday, is emerging as the favorite to win at -130.
Harris will have a clear game plan to take Williams to the ground, which could be difficult considering his opponent lives up to his first name in Chaos.

Williams’ striking is so strong that Harris has been knocked out twice in his career, both before the UFC.
Harris may have improved to the point where he can compete on the mat consistently without major issues.
But given Williams’ 80 percent takedown defense, that’s easier said than done.
Williams accomplished that with a knockout victory.
choose: Williams KO/TKO (+140, Caesars)
