Richie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Mays, said: Said Mr. Giuliani, of the New York Times, was served with the indictment as he was leaving a birthday party at 11 p.m.

“Many of the attendees were clearly upset,” a party attendee told CNN.
Mays’ office did not respond to a request for comment.
