‘After I Signed the Pacandlpacatlackack’

During a speech Tuesday in New Hampshire discussing the Comprehensive Toxic Action Promise (PACT) Act, President Joe Biden appeared to have trouble pronouncing the bill’s name.

This is a major milestone, and to date, the Department of Veterans Affairs has approved the 1,000,000th PACT Act claim, including 3,000 people here in New Hampshire. 890,000 veterans and their families will receive $5.7 million in benefits,” Biden said. “This is important because too many service members not only brave the battlefield, but also inhale toxic fumes or suffer burns from combustion pits.”

Biden went on to add that his son Beau was “one of the veterans” exposed to toxic fumes from the combustion pits.

“So this is personal for me and my family and his family and his children,” Biden added.

When asked about Biden’s physical and mental health, 35% said he is physically fit to serve another term, while 62% said he is not physically fit.

Regarding Biden’s mental stamina, 34% of voters surveyed said he had the mental stamina to serve a second term, while 64% said he did not.
