Kansas City Chiefs kicker and Super Bowl champion Harrison Butker expressed no regrets Friday about the graduation speech that caused a left fielder’s head to explode.

Bhatkar, the academy’s director, told attendees that while the theme was decided upon several months ago, its message was relevant in light of recent events.
“If it wasn’t clear before that timeless Catholic values are disliked by many, it’s clear now,” he said, adding that he realized speaking openly about his faith had made him a “more polarizing” figure.

According to Breitbart News, during a speech to the graduating class at Benedictine University on May 11, Rev. Butker criticized President Joe Biden’s pro-abortion stance and offered sound Christian advice to young people.
“Our country is led by a man who openly and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith, yet at the same time is so delusional that he makes the sign of the cross at pro-abortion rallies,” he said, urging his audience to live lives that uphold traditional Catholic values.
He also said, “We know that happiness is found by total surrender to ourselves and to Christ.”
Following his speech, leftists began calling for the Kansas City Chiefs to punish Butker, according to Breitbart News.
Celebrity personal trainer Jillian Michaels recently disputed the idea that Butker should be fired for speaking out about his faith, and she also pointed out America’s double standard when it comes to free speech.
“I’m a businesswoman, I’m gay and I’m not religious so I’m probably a very different person to this kicker but I just can’t understand what this guy is saying calling for everyone’s heads,” she said.
