Missouri Twin Brothers Get Perfect Scores on ACT for College

Twin brothers attending high school in St. Louis, Missouri, have done something amazing that will help them in their educational journey.

Eric and Samuel Lipschutz are seniors at North High School and scored 36 on the ACT exam, taking the test in April. Parkway Schools Announced On Friday, I noticed that they had the highest scores.

The school district also detailed its plans for the boys.

Eric’s top college choices are Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Chicago, or Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and he is interested in studying Mathematics and Computer Science. Eric hopes to pursue a career in software engineering. Outside of school, he enjoys running, walking, reading, making puns, playing chess, exploring Wikipedia rabbit holes, and deciphering parallel syntax.

Samuel’s first choice is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and he hopes to study something related to computer science. The specific areas that currently interest him are computational linguistics and AI alignment. Samuel envisions becoming some sort of software engineer. In his free time, he does a little bit of modding (creating programs that add features to certain games). He has also become passionate about chess thanks to his Academic Lab instructor, Mr. Stiller.

According to the Princeton Review, many universities I need Students are required to provide ACT scores during the admissions process.

“The purpose of the ACT test is to measure high school students’ college readiness and to provide colleges with a common data point they can use to compare all applicants,” the article states.
