For those who thought Mike Tyson’s health scare would mar his highly anticipated fight with YouTuber Jake Paul in July, those fears appear to be unfounded.
A day after news broke that the former heavyweight champion had suffered a “health incident” on a flight to Los Angeles, Tyson took his X on Tuesday afternoon to let everyone know he was OK, and he didn’t need to be OK.
“I don’t have to be 100 percent to beat Jake Paul, but I am 100 percent right now,” the 57-year-old said. Posts About X.

According to his agent, the boxer Ulcer recurrence, New York Post report.
“Thankfully, Mr Tyson is in good condition,” a representative for the star said. “30 minutes before landing, his ulcer worsened, causing him to experience nausea and dizziness. Mr Tyson is grateful to the medical staff who rushed to his aid.”
As reports of the incident circulated online on Monday, multiple reports of passengers seeking medical assistance for the former champion added to concerns.

The 57-year-old Tyson is scheduled to face Jake Paul on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Paul, who is 7-1 as a professional, has accused the media of exaggerating Tyson’s health scares to create drama.
“You guys love to make up lies before you know the facts just for the clicks and likes,” Paul said.
The YouTuber went into great detail about what he plans to do against the former champion.
“But what I promise people on July 20th is that Mike will go to sleep and he will feel my power,” Paul said. Said A few weeks ago: “I will go down in history as the man who put Tyson to sleep for the last time.”
