Trump superfan’s MAGA-themed RV, decked out with ex-president’s posters, is wrecked in NYC collision

An RV famously adorned from top to bottom in posters of Donald Trump crashed into a utility pole in Staten Island and was destroyed on Sunday.

A law enforcement source told The Washington Post that the incident happened just before noon near Hylan Boulevard and Reid Avenue, and video footage from emergency responders arriving on the scene showed the Trump-themed vehicle completely destroyed.

The left side of the vehicle was completely destroyed and the front passenger door had been ripped off from the impact, with the seat visible protruding from the RV.

The impact also shattered the windshield and many of the Trump posters that were on the RV were torn off and scattered on the ground along with metal fragments.

Eventually, a tow truck arrived and removed the car from the intersection.

Authorities said two people, a man and a woman, who were not immediately identified, were in the RV at the time of the crash. The man suffered minor injuries, police said.

The vehicle is known to belong to Donna Aiden and her husband, Rocky Granata, who travel in their camper to MAGA rallies around the country from where they sell Trump-themed souvenirs.

Their RVs are easy to spot wherever they go: They’re covered in bumper stickers, flags and decals with pro-Trump and Republican slogans, as well as more vulgar decor, like signs that read, “Fuck Joe Biden.”

Authorities did not immediately confirm whether Aiden and Granata were in the RV at the time of the crash.

Sunday’s incident is not the first time an RV has been involved in a car accident.

In 2019, Granata was driving on a New Jersey highway when his car broke down and another vehicle crashed into Granata’s RV, pushing it and killing Ann Robalo, 56, who had stopped to help Granata.
